Since 2000, I’ve taught workshops and professional trainings helping others integrate heart and practical energy practices, both in healing and personal empowerment modalities. I hold a Masters Degree in Holistic Health Studies and have been involved in alternative health since the mid-80’s and professionally since the early 90’s.
